We have had the pleasure of welcoming players and families from the Barça Academies in Chile, Argentina, and Uruguay to enjoy a Barça Clinic. During their visit, the young footballers trained for 5 days at the prestigious Ciutat Esportiva of FC Barcelona, where they were able to learn and share their concerns with the club’s coaching staff.
To complement their training, the boys played two friendly matches against local teams in the city, allowing them to put into practice what they learned and enjoy competition in a friendly environment. The adventure was not limited to the playing field. The players and their families also explored the cities of Girona and Barcelona, discovering all the corners and points of interest of the two Catalan cities through guided tours, and enjoying their attractions and cuisine. Additionally, they had a day full of adrenaline at the Port Aventura theme park, where parents and children forgot about the ball to be amazed by its famous shows and attractions.
As a grand finale, they attended the La Liga match between FC Barcelona and Girona at the Estadi de Montilivi. The group enjoyed a spectacle filled with goals, and seeing their idols in action was undoubtedly a dream come true for many of them.
In summary, it was a week full of football, learning, and fun. We thank the Barça Academies of South America for trusting us and for allowing us to be part of this very special experience.
