At BEST, we are excited and proud to collaborate with the Barça Camps in Japan on their Barça Elite experiences, an activity that has already been enjoyed by over 850 players from Japan.
Every year, the most talented players from the Barça Camps in Japan are selected to travel to Barcelona and experience international football under the Barça shield. During their stay, the players train with the staff of the Barça Academy at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper, their world-class facilities, where they work on developing and refining their skills.
Outside of the training program, the participants have the opportunity to play friendly matches against local teams, putting their learning into practice and testing their abilities in a healthy and competitive environment. They also take part in the ONE DAY CUP, a friendly event organized by BEST, where teams face off against Catalan clubs in a competition that never leaves anyone indifferent, always reflecting the values we promote through sport: respect, teamwork, humility, effort, and personal growth, just as they do during their training with the Barça Academy.
Beyond the sports, this experience offers participants the opportunity to explore Barcelona and its culture firsthand, along with the necessary logistics to ensure a rich and complete experience.
The chance to share experiences with people from different cultures and experience football in its purest form fosters their social and emotional development. When they return home, they bring back a bag full of memories and stories to share with friends and family, as well as a broader perspective on sport, culture, and life.
